Trowell houses and what they need

A village of older cottages and farmhouses on Nottingham Road and 1960s bungalows and chalets. Bungalow loft conversions and sympathetic extensions to older brickwork come up often.

The jobs we are asked for most in Trowell are loft conversions, extensions, structural works and refurbishment. Each one starts with a free site visit and a written, itemised quote. Planning permission and building regulations are checked for every project individually.

Being close matters. Deliveries and skips come from suppliers we use every week, and if something comes up after the job we are a short drive away.
