Loft conversion and interior in Bramcote
The brief
A large detached house in Bramcote where the owners wanted to convert the loft into a master suite and refinish the interior to match. The brief covered a new oak and glass staircase, carpeted bedrooms under the eaves, a family bathroom and polished porcelain tiling to the landing, kitchen and living areas below.
We fitted the staircase with glass balustrades, built and plastered the loft rooms, laid carpet upstairs and large-format polished porcelain downstairs, fitted oak internal doors, new skirting and coving, and tiled and plumbed the bathroom. Walls were finished in a warm cream throughout.
