The brief
A loft bedroom in Trowell with two rooflights and a sloping ceiling. The owners wanted a bold navy feature colour on the two long walls, with the ceiling, sloping sections and woodwork kept white so the room still felt light.
We protected the new carpet, cut in the navy to a crisp line against the white ceiling and skirting, and applied two coats to each wall. Doors, frames and built-in cupboards were finished in white satin. Three days on site.
