Arnold houses and what they need

Mostly 1930s to 1960s semis and bungalows, many with hipped roofs that take a hip-to-gable loft well, plus ex-council stock around Killisick and Bestwood Park.

The jobs we are asked for most in Arnold are loft conversions, extensions, refurbishment and driveways. Each one starts with a free site visit and a written, itemised quote. Planning permission and building regulations are checked for every project individually.

Being close matters. Deliveries and skips come from suppliers we use every week, and if something comes up after the job we are a short drive away.
