Painting, flooring and skirting in Carlton
The brief
A period maisonette in Carlton being prepared for letting. The living room still had its original fireplace and alcoves, but the floors were worn, the walls were patchy and the bathroom needed finishing. The owner wanted a bright, neutral finish that would photograph well and last.
We laid light engineered oak flooring through the living room, hallway and landing, fitted new deep skirting throughout, built and painted alcove shelving and cupboards, and painted every wall, ceiling and piece of woodwork. The shower room was finished in white metro tiles with a grey floor. Three weeks from start to finish.
