Washroom and kitchen fit-out in Nottingham
The brief
A commercial unit in Nottingham that needed staff facilities built from scratch: an accessible WC, a second toilet and a small kitchen, all inside a new partition run off the main corridor. The space started as bare stud and plywood with services dropped from the ceiling.
We built and boarded the partitions, hung fire-rated doors with matching architraves, fitted hygienic wall cladding in both washrooms, installed the sanitaryware with grab rails and an alarm pull, fitted the grey gloss kitchen with laminate worktop, laid oak-effect laminate throughout, fixed new skirting and painted every surface. Three weeks from first fix to handover.
