Painting a converted warehouse office in Nottingham
The brief
A converted warehouse office in Nottingham with exposed timber trusses, steel beams and brick, spread over two floors of open-plan desks, meeting rooms and a mezzanine. The tenant wanted a full repaint in a clean white to brighten the space, carried out around a working team with minimum disruption.
We worked evenings and weekends, sheeting off desks and equipment each session. Walls, partitions, soffits and the full run of storage cupboards were prepared and finished in two coats of durable matt white, with skirting and door frames in white satin. The exposed trusses and steels were masked and left untouched. Two weeks, no downtime for the office.
