Washroom refit for a school in Nottingham
The brief
A block of staff and pupil washrooms in a Nottingham school, stripped out and refitted over the summer holiday. The brief was hard-wearing, easy to clean and bright: hygienic wall cladding, safety flooring, new sanitaryware and a colour scheme the school could live with for years.
We stripped the old tiles and fittings, ran in new pipework, boarded and clad the walls in blue and white hygienic panels with a yellow trim, laid grey safety vinyl with coved skirting, fitted new basins, urinals, toilets and access panels, and hung new doors and a suspended ceiling. Finished and handed back before the start of term.
