The brief
A Victorian terrace in Long Eaton stripped back to brick for a full interior refit. The owners wanted the period character kept, with deep cornices and ceiling roses reinstated, while bringing the house up to a modern standard underneath.
We re-plastered every wall and ceiling, ran in new wiring and pipework before the skim, fitted new plaster cornice and a decorative ceiling panel in the hallway and living room, then finished with a warm cream emulsion and polished porcelain floor tiles. Six weeks from bare brick to finished rooms.
