The brief
A modern office suite in Derby with a boardroom, glazed meeting rooms, corridors and a reception area, all due a refresh at the end of a lease. The landlord wanted every wall and ceiling back to a clean, even white with the oak doors and frames protected and left as they were.
We filled and sanded scuffs and fixing holes, spot-primed and applied two coats of scrubbable matt white to walls and ceilings, and repainted the skirting in white satin. Oak doors, glazed partitions and the engineered floor were masked throughout. One week, handed back ready for the next tenant.
