The brief
A large open warehouse hall in Nottingham being split into separate lettable units under a new mezzanine. The client needed galvanised steel partition frames and door openings set out and fixed to the structure, ready for boarding and fire-rated doors, without touching the painted primary steel.
We set out the partition lines, fabricated and fixed galvanised steel door frames and head rails to the floor and the mezzanine beams, and bolted up the full run of partition posts across the hall. All frames were plumbed and levelled ready for the drylining and door contractors to follow.
